Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the milyo88 website accessible at milyo88.net, including all games, services, features, and content made available thereon.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the milyo88 Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered for and holds an active milyo88 Account.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their milyo88 Account using an accepted payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account by milyo88 under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be wagered before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by milyo88 and applicable regulations.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — the legal framework and internal procedures milyo88 follows to prevent financial crime.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on the milyo88 Platform, accessing any game or service, or making a deposit, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the milyo88 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Users of the milyo88 Platform regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

To register for and use the milyo88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold a milyo88 Account.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of milyo88, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by milyo88 or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must not have had a previous milyo88 Account terminated for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Philippine law.

Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on the milyo88 Platform, you must register for an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. milyo88 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

One Account Policy: Each individual may register and maintain only one milyo88 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. milyo88 employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, milyo88 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from bonus play.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your milyo88 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. You agree to notify milyo88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. milyo88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your milyo88 Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform. Currently accepted deposit methods for Philippine players include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.

All Account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your milyo88 Account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. milyo88 is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

• Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• milyo88 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• milyo88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.
• Deposited funds that have not been used for wagering may be withdrawn subject to the withdrawal conditions set out in Section 6.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, to comply with AML regulations.

Identity Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, milyo88 may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold until verification is complete.

Processing Times: milyo88 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• GCash and PayMaya: typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours of approval.
• Bank transfer: typically 1 to 3 business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

These timeframes are targets and not guarantees. milyo88 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or circumstances beyond milyo88's reasonable control.

Bonuses & Promotions

milyo88 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all milyo88 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. milyo88 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified. Failure to do so will result in the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• milyo88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect Players who have already commenced meeting the Wagering Requirements of an active bonus.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the milyo88 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

milyo88 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment operated by trained dealers and are subject to regular independent audits.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, milyo88 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. milyo88's decision in such matters is final. milyo88 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings or other damages arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past results do not influence future game outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the milyo88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to milyo88 immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing milyo88 staff, other Players, or any third party in connection with the Platform.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Account Suspension & Closure

milyo88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the milyo88 Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, milyo88 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Balance and associated winnings. Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, net of any amounts owed to milyo88, subject to the completion of any required verification and compliance checks.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting milyo88 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

Responsible Gaming

milyo88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all Players. milyo88 recognizes that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and has implemented a range of tools and measures to support Player wellbeing.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all milyo88 Account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the milyo88 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

milyo88 will not knowingly allow a self-excluded Player to re-register or access the Platform during their exclusion period. However, it is the Player's responsibility to refrain from attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures.

Intellectual Property

All content on the milyo88 Platform, including but not limited to the milyo88 brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video content, is the exclusive property of milyo88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the milyo88 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any milyo88 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on milyo88 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any milyo88 software.
• Use any milyo88 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, milyo88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

milyo88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their milyo88 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

milyo88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. milyo88 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose.

Privacy & Data Protection

milyo88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the milyo88 Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By registering for a milyo88 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

milyo88 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the Platform's services (including payment processing and identity verification), or as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the milyo88 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact milyo88 customer support to initiate this process.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with milyo88's resolution of a complaint may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

Amendments to These Terms

milyo88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, milyo88 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the milyo88 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on the milyo88 Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
